Appalachian Computer Systems

Products purchased from Appalachian Computer Systems are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.  Work-related matters are covered according to the provisions of your Consulting Agreement or applicable business contract.

 

In the course of our working relationship, we may collect or access information about you or your business.  It is not our standard practice to disclose this information under any circumstances, and even in cases where such handling becomes part of the work agreement, it will not be done without your permission.  Information of a sensitive nature will be covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

 

Non-Disclosure Agreements and other such legal documents utilized in the course of business are drafted as templates, and can be altered to more accurately protect both parties where specific conditions may apply.  Content of these documents can be modified on a case-by-case basis, subject to the mutual agreement of all parties involved.  Third party warranties and product return policies, for instance, cannot be modified.
